Galaktica - a Ukrainian product IT company, since 2019, creating mobile applications and web products for Tier-1 markets. Our team consists of 350+ experts with leading expertise, working from different parts of the world. We develop international products, experiment with approaches, and quickly scale solutions that improve the lives of millions of users.

An important component of Galaktica's business is charity. Since 2022, we have directed a large amount of volunteer aid in various directions. Primarily, support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine: dozens of SUVs and commercial quadcopters, hundreds of FPV drones, RCCs with turrets, quad bikes. We are also developing two charitable foundations: focusing on the rehabilitation of military personnel and support for children of military personnel and those affected by the war.

In connection with the launch and systematization of the learning and development function with a focus on the e-learning ecosystem, updating courses, and creating hard skills development programs in a multi-product environment, we are looking for a Senior Learning & Development Partner.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adapt training programs according to business needs (independently create training sessions, workshops, mini-programs);
• Manage the full cycle of creating a training product: from research and structure to methodology, visualization, and feedback collection;
• Monitor training effectiveness based on metrics and analyze feedback;
• Collaborate with coaching, HR, Operations teams, and department heads to identify real training needs;
• Develop a culture of learning within the company.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development in IT (preferably in a product environment);
• Experience in building or transforming training systems: from business needs analysis to the launch and development of solutions;
• Ability to work with training content: audit, simplification, structuring, and improving courses;
• Experience in creating training programs or courses from scratch (internal and external);
• Ability to quickly create training solutions based on business needs (logic, structure, learning flow);
• Experience in creating e-learning courses (video, microlearning, SCORM, interactive);
• Experience with LMS (understand course structure, navigation, progress tracking);
• Confidently work with data (Google Sheets / Excel, training effectiveness analysis - CSAT / NPS).

Nice to Have

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, dev, analytics);
• Understanding of the L&D market in Ukraine and the ability to find external solutions.
