About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior LED Coordinator to join our team at ARRISE. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, production, and installation of LED systems within our state-of-the-art studio environments. Your strong technical expertise, project coordination skills, and ability to lead teams through complex installations will be crucial in ensuring all LED projects are delivered on time, to specification, and in accordance with safety standards and internal procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assess project requirements, including LED strip types, quantities, power consumption, and control systems
- Organize material orders, verify stock availability, and ensure all components are prepared for installation
- Calculate electrical loads, power supplies, DMX controllers, and current requirements for all LED elements
- Coordinate internal production, preparation of LED strips, connectors, and associated equipment
- Organize and supervise the installation of LED systems, cabling, electrical panels, power sources, and controllers; conduct thorough testing after installation
- Report completed installations to management for quality checks and ensure all equipment meets required standards
- Adhere to internal procedures, ensure proper use of equipment, and immediately report any malfunctions or workplace incidents
- Implement clear notations and labeling for cables, controllers, power sources, and panels
- Lead and coordinate technicians in both studio-based and travel assignments when required
- Ensure cleanliness during and after installations and maintain a professional working environment
- Carry out any other duties assigned by management related to project completion or operational improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience in LED systems coordination, installation, or technical production environments
- Strong technical knowledge of LED strips, power supplies, DMX controllers, and electrical systems
- Ability to calculate electrical loads, manage materials, and oversee complex installations
- Experience leading and coordinating technical teams
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance and safety
- Proactive, reliable, and accountable working style
- PC literate with solid technical and analytical skills
- Minimum High School diploma required
