About the Position
Senior Legal Associate
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Location: On-site
Responsibilities
- Manage legal documents and receive all legal correspondences, updating local and regional management accordingly
- Set and review litigation strategies in court cases to achieve the best outcome for the company
- Review and draft all legal contracts, approved by the regional office
- Work with local and regional teams to handle all cases of statutory filings necessary
- Perform general research and clerical duties, such as data input, collecting, and delivering documents to set the legal foundation for the company
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law from a top institution
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in legal areas, preferably in a major law firm or in-house legal department
- Knowledge and experience in handling litigation, corporate secretarial, legal matters, and contract review
- Demonstrate attention to detail and a sense of legal risk awareness
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
