Responsibilities
As part of our Legal Department, you will contribute to the continued expansion and development of our international operations across more than 15 countries. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing ongoing legal advice on corporate and commercial law matters.
- Participating in corporate restructurings and group reorganization projects.
- Acting as Secretary to Boards of Directors and supporting corporate governance activities.
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of commercial agreements.
- Participating in corporate transactions and M&A deals, including due diligence processes, negotiation, and execution of Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs).
- Coordinating with external legal advisors and providing legal support to different business areas across the Group.
- Leading, coordinating, and managing a team of 3-4 lawyers.
Requirements
Profile We Are Looking For
We are looking for professionals with a strong technical background and a commitment to excellence:
- Law Degree (LL.B. or equivalent).
- 8-10 years of experience in Corporate and Commercial Law, preferably gained at a leading law firm and/or an international company.
- English level: C1
