About the Position
Join Twin Harbour Interactive as a Senior LiveOps Manager for Supremacy: WW3, driving monetization and live operations for our competitive real-time strategy title.
Responsibilities
- Own the Live Ops Calendar: Execute a 4-month seasonal structure, coordinating mid-season drops, events, and sales across design, art, engineering, and marketing teams.
- Drive Monetization Strategy: Design and iterate on offer structures, resource bundles, and seasonal IAP placements to maximize revenue while preserving long-term economy health.
- Analyze & Iterate: Track key performance metrics like ARPDAU and payer conversion; design and run A/B tests to drive data-informed changes to event mechanics and pricing.
- Support and mentor mid-level LiveOps Managers, fostering growth and defining efficient working models as our team scales.
- Strategic Alignment: Partner with UA, Marketing, and Analytics teams to ensure growth initiatives and live ops moments are synchronized and performance-tracked.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in live ops, product management, or monetization roles within the mobile/online F2P games industry.
- Proven track record of managing live ops calendars with a measurable impact on revenue.
- Strong understanding of F2P models, including IAPs, battle passes, and subscriptions.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Solid grasp of A/B testing methodologies and the ability to turn results into product strategy.
- Professional fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical and creative concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor or develop junior and mid-level team members.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with real-time strategy (RTS) genres or similar deep F2P game genres.
- Hands-on experience in game design - familiarity with how design decisions impact player behaviour and monetization.
- Awareness of monetization models beyond IAP, including ad-based and subscription models.
- Experience working in a multi-studio or international game development environment.
