Senior M365 Engineer

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior M365 Engineer to support day-to-day engineering and operations of the Microsoft 365 collaboration platform, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive. This role covers service administration, configuration, access, service health, and platform troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage mailboxes, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, mail flow rules, and quarantine within Exchange Online.
• Administer team and channel lifecycle, meeting policies, guest access, and Teams Phone.
• Handle site creation, permissions, storage and quota management, external sharing policies, sync, and retention compliance for SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• Monitor service health, usage, and capacity across the platform.
• Process standard platform requests and configuration changes.
• Diagnose and remediate Microsoft 365 platform issues at L2/L3 level.
• Contribute to major-incident support alongside Security and Identity teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Microsoft 365 / collaboration platform engineering experience.
• Expertise in Exchange Online mailbox management, mail flow, and hybrid considerations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams policies, meetings, and basic voice/telephony administration.
• Skills in SharePoint Online and OneDrive administration, permissions, sharing, and storage management.
• Knowledge of Entra ID and Conditional Access.
• Competency in Exchange Online PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and PowerShell scripting.
• Familiarity with Azure Automation, Azure Logic Apps, and CI/CD.
• Understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management).
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
