Our office sits right in the center of Warsaw, next to the Świętokrzyska metro station - but if you prefer, you can work 100% remotely from anywhere in the world 😀

Right now we're looking for someone to join us as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer!

Responsibilities

Your main duties will be:

• Designing, training, deploying, and monitoring machine learning models, with a particular focus on bare-metal and edge environments.
• Shaping data acquisition and processing strategy, including choosing the infrastructure and tools that automate the work of the annotation team.
• Building dedicated solutions that support the ML team, including automated pipelines for syncing and analyzing audio and video recordings.
• Working closely with the product team on the growth strategy, and translating business requirements into the optimal technical architecture.
• Providing technical support, sharing knowledge with less experienced team members, and upholding high engineering standards.

Requirements

Wymagania:

• At least 5 years of commercial experience in Machine Learning or Software Engineering, including a proven track record of deploying models in production.
• Fluency in Python and solid software engineering practices (Clean Code, CI/CD, Git, automated testing).
• Deep knowledge of at least one popular neural network framework (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow) as well as classical ML (scikit-learn, XGBoost).
• Proficiency with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure), plus hands-on knowledge of containerization and MLOps.
• Ability to work independently on complex architectural problems, and experience mentoring other engineers.
• Very good command of both English and Polish.

Nice to Have

Wspaniale gdybyś umiał/umiała:

• Hands-on experience with SBCs and microcontrollers (e.g. Raspberry Pi, STM32) and familiarity with Edge AI.
• Knowledge of advanced image and audio processing tools (OpenCV, ffmpeg, librosa).
• Experience with model and data versioning tools (e.g. DVC, MLflow) and confident bash scripting.
• Knowledge of C/C++ or Rust for performance optimization and model quantization on embedded devices.
• Experience with web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, React, Node.js).
