Your challenge?

• You are the final responsible for the efficient and high-quality delivery of your accountancy files within the agreed budget. Challenge accepted!
• You ensure the review, follow-up, and finalization of VAT declarations, interim financial statements, and annual closings prepared by the (Sr.) Consultants.
• You do not stop at delivery, you extensively discuss the file with your clients, depending on the complexity with a partner. They see you as their accountancy ‘companion on the journey’ and can turn to you with their questions and concerns.
• You prepare special or one-off assignments. Tax optimization advice, assistance with statutory changes, assisting with tax audits, …? Here too, as an advisor with your built-up expertise, you can support your client.
• You support and guide consultants in the execution of their work. You regularly provide feedback and share your knowledge and best practices with them.

About You

What knowledge and experience do we expect from you?

• You have a master's or professional bachelor's degree with a specialization in accountancy and taxation. An additional tax education is a plus.
• You have minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting firm. You can manage files independently and support junior colleagues with your expertise and feedback.
• You have an affinity with ICT. You easily find your way in digital accounting packages and Excel holds few secrets for you.
• Your clients are mainly Dutch-speaking, so you speak and write Dutch excellently.
• You have a critical and analytical mindset that guarantees accuracy in your files. A healthy dose of team spirit and sense of initiative combined with a strong customer focus. In short, the accountancy partner your clients can trust!
