Senior Manager, Business Support Department

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Manager for the Business Support Department to oversee loan applications and ensure compliance with risk parameters in a stable bank with foreign capital.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for incoming loan applications;
• Verification of loan applications for completeness, quality of information, and compliance with the required risk parameters;
• Ensuring timely formation of conclusions by bank departments on loan applications;
• Structuring loan agreements in accordance with approved VND parameters;
• Preparing and conducting credit committee meetings.

Requirements

• Higher education in Banking, Finance, or other economic fields;
• Experience in the banking sector is desirable;
• Experience in the role of credit manager and/or risk manager;
• Knowledge of the basic principles of financial analysis of agricultural clients, agricultural legislation (including the Law On agricultural receipts), and the specifics of credit administration;
• Foreign language: English, at least Pre Intermediate level;
• Good organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
