About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Manager for the Business Support Department to join our team at Agroprosperis Bank, a stable institution with foreign capital. This role is pivotal in overseeing incoming loan applications, ensuring compliance with risk parameters, and facilitating the timely formation of conclusions by bank departments on loan applications.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for incoming loan applications
- Verification of loan applications for completeness, quality of information, and compliance with the required risk parameters
- Ensuring timely formation of conclusions by bank departments on loan applications
- Structuring loan agreements in accordance with approved VND parameters
- Preparing and conducting credit committee meetings
Requirements
- Higher education in Banking, Finance, or other economic fields
- Experience in the banking sector is desirable
- Experience in the role of credit manager and/or risk manager
- Knowledge of the basic principles of financial analysis of agricultural clients, agricultural legislation (including the Law On agricultural receipts), and the specifics of credit administration
- Foreign language: English, at least Pre Intermediate level
- Good organizational, communication, and presentation skills
