About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Manager for Capital Markets & Risk Management (Treasury) to join our team in Chicago, IL. This role involves overseeing various risk management and foreign exchange programs, ensuring effective hedging strategies, and managing debt processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Foreign Exchange and Risk Management programs, including Cashflow Hedging, Balance Sheet Hedging, and Interest Rates Hedging.
  • Manage Spot Trades and oversee debt processes.
  • Set up and test derivatives in the system using regressions.
  • Prepare/direct the preparation of Journal Entries using valuations for hedge instruments.
  • Manage the issuance, amendment, and cancellation of guarantees globally.
  • Direct the preparation of Compliance Certificates and the debt roster file.
  • Execute process improvements and design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Finance or a related field.
