About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Change & Employee Relations for a 18-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) role in Hammersmith, London. This position offers a salary of up to £90,000 per annum.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage change initiatives within the organization
- Oversee employee relations strategies and policies
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR practices with business objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience in Employee Relations and Change Management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office)
