Your Impact

Als (Senior) Manager Compliance (m/w/d) leitest du spannende Projekte und arbeitest in einem Team, das mit Leidenschaft berät. Werde Teil davon und leiste deinen Beitrag zu unserem Purpose „Making a global impact that matters – through smart solutions to navigate regulatory complexity”.

Holistic Consulting: Du berätst Organisationen aller Größen und Branchen bei der strategischen, fachlichen, prozessualen und technischen Umsetzung von Vorgaben.
Management: Du leitest Projekte eigenverantwortlich, agierst als zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden und übernimmst Führungsverantwortung.
Acquisition: Du begleitest die Erstellung von Angeboten und steuerst eigenständig den Angebotsprozess, zudem hast du eine aktive Rolle im Aufbau und der Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen.
Thought Leadership: Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Entwicklung unserer Produkte und Services und berätst unsere Kunden bei der Identifizierung von Compliance-Risiken.
Eminence: Du bist in die (internationale) Facharbeit des Deloitte-Netzwerks eingebunden und wirkst aktiv an Veröffentlichungen sowie internen und externen Seminaren mit.

Your Skillset

Successfully completed university degree
Several years of professional experience with a strong focus on Compliance Management Systems (CMS) and/or Capital Market Compliance as well as extensive knowledge of (inter-)national CMS standards, regulatory requirements, especially MiFID II, MiFIR, WpHG, MaComp and ideally experience in the financial industry
Interest in leading and developing employees, ideally relevant project management experience and openness to new tasks and challenges
Flexibility, confident demeanor, high communication and teamwork skills as well as good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Willingness to travel as well as very good command of German and English in speech and writing
