Why This Role Matters
CS Operations is the backbone of our post-sales organization, impacting Customer Success, CX, Support, Onboarding, and Product Fulfillment. As the Senior Manager of CS Operations, you will drive critical projects, manage the Scout platform, and deliver operational improvements that directly impact gross revenue retention.
You will report to the Director of CS Operations and work with significant autonomy, managing stakeholders across multiple functional teams and building systems that help our CS organization scale.
Responsibilities
- Product Management of Scout: Roadmap, stakeholder alignment, sprint execution, and iteration.
- Project Management: Drive the CS Ops project backlog focused on post-launch operations.
- Process Design: Design and implement processes, workflows, and systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with leaders across Customer Success, CX, Support, Onboarding, and Product Fulfillment.
- Data-informed Decisions: Build dashboards, reports, and operational insights.
- AI and Automation: Leverage AI tools and automation to multiply team capacity and reduce manual work.
- Change Management: Support change management and adoption for new processes and tools across CS.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in CS Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role at a SaaS or tech company.
- Skills:
- Strong project management skills.
- Systems thinking and process design.
- Analytical mindset with experience in building dashboards and defining KPIs.
- Cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Product management mindset.
- AI fluency.
- Driven and execution-focused.
- Intellectually curious.
- Tools: Hands-on experience with Salesforce and other CS/GTM tools.
Nice to Have
- Experience serving as an internal product manager for ops-built tools or platforms.
- Experience with CS platforms (Intercom, Zendesk, Gainsight, or similar).
- Background in real estate technology or vertical SaaS.
- Experience building or scaling an ops function in a high-growth environment (75-200M ARR).
