Your Impact

Als (Senior) Manager Data Leakage Prevention Strategist (m/w/d) verantwortest du die erfolgreiche Entwicklung von DLP-Strategien, strategische Planung und Umsetzung von DLP-Lösungen bei unseren Kunden und trägst so zur Risikominimierung von Datenverlusten bei.

• Leadership role in advising international clients on the development and implementation of DLP strategies
• Design of DLP solutions (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Symantec, Forcepoint, Zscaler) in close cooperation with the clients' IT teams
• Creation of roadmaps, policies, and governance frameworks for sustainable DLP operations
• Conducting workshops for the analysis of data flows, classification, and protection needs
• Monitoring of trends, regulations (e.g., DSGVO, ISO 27001) and deriving recommendations for action as well as developing service offerings and thought leadership content (whitepapers, lectures, articles)

Your Skillset

• Successful advanced degree in (Business) Computer Science, IT Security, or similar
• In-depth knowledge in the technical leadership and management of complex projects and at least five years of experience in consulting, cyber security, DLP, or information security
• Project experience at DAX-40 companies or well-known companies in the automotive, finance, retail, or TMT sectors is advantageous
• Excellent knowledge of leading DLP tools as well as compliance requirements, data protection, and risk management, as well as IT affinity
• Willingness to travel, enjoyment of communication and presentation in German and English for demanding target groups at the C-level (very good in speech and writing) as well as high engagement, personal responsibility, and agile working style
