Responsibilities

• Development and management of the roadmap for marketing and process automation as well as identification and implementation of automation potentials along the customer journey
• Optimization of lead, activation, reactivation, and customer retention processes to increase efficiency and customer benefit
• Introduction and further development of automated campaigns, trigger routes, and personalized customer communication
• Automation of marketing and service processes with the help of AI
• Analysis of existing processes and derivation of suitable measures for continuous optimization
• Definition of relevant KPIs as well as measurement and evaluation of the business success of automated measures in close cooperation with marketing, sales, customer service, product management, and IT

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in marketing automation, e-commerce operations, or process management
• Good knowledge of marketing and campaign platforms as well as understanding of AI, automation, and workflow solutions
• Ability to translate technical requirements into scalable processes and automations
• Ideally, knowledge of Power Automate, UiPath, or similar workflow platforms
• First experiences with Azure AI or Copilot technologies are advantageous
• Analytical and structured working method as well as high implementation strength
