Responsibilities

• Strategic development of customer relationships and accounts in Energy, Resources & Transportation
• Shaping acquisition and account development from needs assessment to positioning suitable solutions
• Managing opportunities, offer processes, and tenders until successful contract conclusion
• Leading complex IT, digitalization, and software development projects with a focus on quality and customer benefit
• Improving our delivery through modern working methods and the use of data, automation, and AI
• Developing scalable services from customer needs, market requirements, and technological innovations
• Managing interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders and providing support in critical project situations
• Actively using one's own network to explore new customer and business potentials

Requirements

• Several years of experience in managing complex IT, digitalization, or software development projects
• Good technological understanding of software development, system integration, cloud, data, and IT platforms
• Proven experience in customer management, business development, and opportunity development and confident demeanor towards decision-makers
• Ideally, experience in the consulting or IT services environment and a good economic understanding
• Reliable network in Energy, Resources, Transportation, Mobility, or critical infrastructure
• Experience in developing compelling offers with measurable benefits and scalable delivery models
• Industry understanding in Energy, Resources, or Transportation is advantageous
• Very good German and English skills and willingness to travel within Austria and the DACH region

You have the opportunity with us to actively influence your salary based on your individual performance. This starts at EUR 6000,- gross per month according to the collective agreement. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and experience.
