Your Impact
Als (Senior) Manager Financial Services Tax (m/w/d) konzentrierst du dich auf alle steuerlichen Fragen rund um Kreditinstitute, Versicherungen, Fondsverwaltungen, Investmentbanken und Wertpapierhandel. Ebenso betreust du Mandanten zum Thema Leasing.
- Consulting: Bei allen laufenden steuerlichen Themen betreust du unsere internationalen Mandanten – z. B. Banken, Versicherungsunternehmen und institutionelle Investoren.
- Responsibility: Als Beratungspersönlichkeit verstehst du es, Mandantenbeziehungen nicht nur zu festigen, sondern sukzessive auszubauen.
- Consulting Facets: Internationale Umstrukturierungen und M&A Transaktionen begleitest du ebenso wie steuerliche Betriebsprüfungen.
- Communication: Mit Betriebsprüfer:innen und den Finanzbehörden stehst du im professionellen Austausch, leitest die Gespräche und führst die Korrespondenz.
Skills Required
- Education: Studium in Wirtschafts- oder Rechtswissenschaften, gerne mit Schwerpunkt Finanzwirtschaft bzw. einen Abschluss als Diplom-Finanzfachwirt (FH) (m/w/d)
- Tax Advisory Exam: Successfully completed
- Professional Experience: Solide Berufspraxis in der steuerlichen Betreuung von nationalen und internationalen Unternehmen mit entsprechend sehr guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten
- Interest in New Developments: To continuously question and improve existing approaches as needed
- Client-Oriented Thinking and Action: Coupled with team spirit and enjoyment of direct communication – German and English very good in speech and writing
