About the Position

EPAM is looking for a GTM Marketing Leader to own the global go-to-market strategy for our Data & AI portfolio. You'll translate EPAM's capabilities - across data platforms, AI engineering, Generative AI, and enterprise AI transformation - into differentiated positioning, demand programs, and alliance-led campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.

This role sits at the intersection of portfolio strategy, hyperscaler alliances, and integrated demand generation, making it one of the most visible and high-impact marketing roles at EPAM.

Responsibilities

  • Own the global GTM strategy for EPAM's Data & AI portfolio, aligning offerings to market opportunities, industry priorities, and client needs
  • Develop clear positioning and messaging that differentiates EPAM in AI engineering, GenAI, and AI-native transformation
  • Partner with portfolio and solution leaders to shape market-ready offerings and ensure strong value propositions
  • Turn complex data and AI capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate across personas - from engineers to C-suite executives
  • Build thought leadership and campaigns that establish EPAM as a credible, differentiated voice in AI-native transformation
  • Lead joint GTM initiatives with hyperscalers (Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft) and key AI technology partners (Anthropic, NVIDIA, and others)
  • Align messaging and campaigns with partner priorities and field sales motions
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute global, multi-channel programs that generate demand and accelerate pipeline
  • Track, measure, and optimize performance using data-driven insights
  • Orchestrate complex, global initiatives across marketing, business, alliances, and communications teams
  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders while maintaining speed and focus on outcomes
  • Operate effectively in a matrixed organization, balancing competing priorities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 8–12+ years in B2B marketing within technology services, consulting, systems integration, or enterprise software
  • Proven track record developing and executing GTM strategies for technology offerings, ideally in Data, AI, or cloud ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of hyperscaler ecosystems (Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft) and partner-led GTM models
  • Experience managing complex, global marketing programs in a matrixed organization
  • Exceptional messaging, storytelling, and communication skills - able to bridge deep technical concepts and executive narratives
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making; uses insights to guide strategy and improve program performance
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities
  • Builder and operator mentality - can architect bold strategy while executing hands-on in a fast-evolving environment
  • Self-starter with a bias for action and clear accountability for results
