About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Internal Audit (SOX) to join our fast-growing manufacturer in Singapore, focusing on establishing a controlled and compliant work environment.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the CFO, you will be pioneering their corporate SOX and internal controls framework to establish a controlled and compliant work environment to support their future business plans.
- As a change agent, you will work closely with the various business stakeholders for them to recognize the impact and value of controls framework.
- You will identify risk areas, assess the effectiveness of existing internal controls, and implement best practices at HQ level to ensure the robustness of policies while influencing a compliant culture and mindset.
- You will lead the roll-out of internal controls framework and provide advice to ensure governance on new business initiatives, such as greenfield projects, systems implementation, and the setup of new entities.
Requirements
- Degree qualified CA/CPA with at least 10 years’ relevant experience gained from Big 4 and/or internal audit or controls within a US MNC.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders.
- A self-starter and resourceful to be a pioneer for their whole growth of business.
- Comfortable traveling about 30%-40%.
We Offer
- Competitive salary: S$10,000 - S$12,000 per month.
- Permanent, full-time position.
