Your Impact
Als (Senior) Manager IPO & Capital Market (m/w/d) berätst du Mandanten bei der Vorbereitung und Umsetzung eines Kapitalmarktkonzeptes für ihr Unternehmen – und trägst so zu einer nachhaltigen Neupositionierung sowie zur Stärkung der Zukunftsperspektive bei.
- Analysis: Du analysierst die Börsenreife von Kapitalmarkt- bzw. IPO-Kandidaten mit Fokus auf Kapitalmarktstrategie, Verfügbarkeit relevanter Finanzdaten und organisatorische Reife.
- Documentation: Dazu betrachtest du rechtliche, regulatorische und börsenplatzspezifische Anforderungen des Kapitalmarktes sowie die investorenseitige Erwartungshaltung.
- Conception: Auf Basis dieser Daten erstellst du ein Konzept zur Umwandlung eines privat geführten hin zu einem öffentlich gelisteten (unabhängigen) Unternehmen.
- Prospectus Preparation: Mit deinem Team unterstützt du den Kunden bei der Zusammenfassung der nötigen Finanzdaten für den Prospekt und die weitere Kapitalmarktkommunikation.
- Carve-out Concept: In deiner Funktion entwickelst du Konzepte zur Ausgliederung von Unternehmensteilen und unterstützt bei der operativen Umsetzung umfassend.
Your Skillset
- Excellent Degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL oder vergleichbar, mit Fokus auf Investment Banking, Kapitalmarkt, Finanzen o. ä., gerne mit Promotion oder MBA
- At least four years of relevant professional experience and leadership experience in operational, strategic, or financial projects
- Numerical affinity, proficient in MS Office, (ideally) knowledge in BI-Anwendungen wie Qlik, Tableau oder PowerBI
- Enjoyment of project management with employee responsibility in an interdisciplinary team as well as high commitment and a goal-oriented, agile working style
- Willingness to travel and communication and presentation skills in German and English for demanding target groups (very good in speech and writing)
