About the Position

MGRP GmbH is seeking a (Senior) Manager IT-Strategieberatung (m/w/d) to join our team in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Develop and implement IT strategies for companies.

Responsibilities

Advise companies on the development and implementation of their IT strategy
Analyze the IT landscape and identify optimization potentials
Develop and design IT solutions tailored to the individual needs of customers
Support the implementation of IT solutions and ensure their sustainable success
Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers and partners and actively participate in new customer acquisition
Lead and coach a team of consultants
As a project manager, take on topics that particularly interest you, develop areas of focus, and continuously expand your knowledge

Requirements

Successfully completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Economics, or Natural Sciences or a comparable degree program
Long-standing relevant professional experience, e.g., in (IT) strategy consulting or a similar field
Experience in project management and control
(Several years of) management experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong social competence
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
Willingness to travel
