Your Impact

Als Senior Manager – Lean Expert (m/w/d) übernimmst du die strategische Gesamtverantwortung für unternehmensweite Lean Transformationen. Du steuerst komplexe Transformationsprogramme auf Executive Level, führst interdisziplinäre Teams durch anspruchsvolle Veränderungsprozesse und übernimmst die finanzielle Gesamtverantwortung für Transformationsprogramme – von Budgetplanung und Business Case Erstellung bis zur Sicherstellung messbarer Nutzenrealisierung. Durch die gezielte Verbindung von Lean Methoden und Kanban mit skalierten agilen Framework (z. B. SAFe) gestaltest du nachhaltige Operating Model Veränderungen, etablierst organisationale Wertstrom und Flow Mechanismen und befähigst Führungsteams, strategische Ziele in messbare Leistungssteigerungen zu übersetzen.

• Strategic Transformation Steering: Du leitest komplexe Lean-Transformationsprogramme über den gesamten Lifecycle hinweg inkl. Zielbildentwicklung, Roadmaps, Hoshin Kanri / Obeya-Integration und stellst sicher, dass die Umsetzung zu klar quantifizierbaren Verbesserungen führt.
• Leadership & Delivery Ownership: Du führst interdisziplinäre Projekt- und Programmteams (Staffing, Zielvereinbarung, Entwicklung & Coaching), trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für Budgets, Business Cases, Benefit Tracking, Risiko- und Stakeholder-Management und sicherst Delivery Excellence, indem du Meilensteine, Qualitätsmechanismen, KPIs sowie Risiko- und Governance-Strukturen steuerst.
• Lean & Agile Integration: Du verankerst Value Stream Thinking, Flow-Optimierung und Kaizen-Management-Systeme in skalierten agilen Frameworks (z. B. SAFe) und etablierst zentrale Lean-Methoden wie Daily Performance Management, 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, Kanban und Flow‑Design als zentrale Führungs‑ und Verbesserungssysteme sowie zur kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung.
• Executive & Team Enablement: Du coachst Führungskräfte und Produktorganisationen in Lean Leadership, Change Exzellenz und strukturierten Verbesserungsprozessen (PDCA) sowie leitest anspruchsvolle Workshops / Events (z. B. Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause, FlowLab, Lean Portfolio Sessions, Problem Solving Events) – von C-Level bis zu operativen Arbeitsebenen.
• Thought Leadership & Serviceausbau: Du entwickelst unser Lean-Agile Serviceportfolio strategisch weiter (Methodenbausteine, Playbooks, Templates), treibst aktiv Sales- und Akquisetätigkeiten voran, agierst als Mentor für Kolleg:innen, baust Communities of Practice auf und publizierst Best Practices / Impulse (Brown Bags, Whitepaper).

Your Skillset

• Degree in BWL, (Wirtschafts)Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Organisationspsychologie o.Ä.
• 8+ years of experience in Lean Management, davon mind. 5 Jahre in der Leitung und Durchführung von Transformationen / Programmen – idealerweise im Beratungskontext
• Proven team-/employee management (technical and/or disciplinary) and comprehensive project management experience with responsibility for scope, time and budget – including measurable improvements in the form of process optimizations, efficiency gains and demonstrable savings potential
• Extensive expertise in strategic methods (e.g. Hoshin Kanri, Value Stream Mapping, Problem Solving, Obeya, Setting up Enterprise Kaizen Management Systems, Lean Transformation Governance) as well as method knowledge in Daily Performance Management, 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, Kanban or Flow-Design
• Strong in executive and team coaching, change enablement and effective stakeholder management – complemented by excellent moderation, presentation and communication skills, a structured, outcome-oriented working style as well as travel readiness and fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
