Senior Manager, Logistics

About the Position

LGC is seeking a Senior Manager, Logistics to lead and refine logistics operations in Milford, MA, and Gaithersburg, MD. As a key member of our Logistics Leadership team, you will ensure the smooth movement, storage, and availability of goods, maintaining excellent service levels for both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and refine logistics, warehousing, and inventory operations.
• Collaborate with the Director of Logistics to advance process alignment, operational efficiency, and cross-functional project advancement.
• Ensure the smooth movement, storage, and availability of goods.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in people management and leading a team.
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct working experience.
  • Established skill in advancing performance.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and logistics principles.
  • Strong familiarity with warehouse management practices and procedures.
  • Multi-site logistics leadership experience.
  • Direct industry experience.

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP experience.

Salary

The customary salary range for this position is:

• Minimum pay rate: $112,000 USD annually
• Maximum pay rate: $168,000 USD annually

The base salary will be influenced by factors like experience, skills, and location.
