Responsibilities

• Développer & porter le go to-market de nos offres MarTech
• Contribuer activement à la transversalité des offres Tech x Data x CX
• Piloter des projets/programmes MarTech à fort impact business, de la stratégie au déploiement.
• Être un acteur clé de l’avant-vente: qualification des enjeux clients, construction des propositions de valeur, définition des architectures, chiffrages et soutenances.
• Porter et incarner la relation client: créer une relation de confiance avec les décideurs et contribuer au développement et à la fidélisation des comptes (upsell, cross-sell).
• Construire des feuilles de route MarTech: priorisation, business case, ROI.
• Manager et faire grandir des équipes de consultants, dans une logique de performance et de transmission.

Requirements

• 10 à 15 ans d’expérience en cabinet de conseil ou agence.
• Solide expertise MarTech: prioritairement Imagino, Adobe (Campaign, AEP,…), Salesforce (Marketing Cloud / Data Cloud), Reelevant, Braze, Bloomreach, solutions de loyalty (Comarch, Maxxing, Talon.one,…) ou équivalent.
• Double culture tech & business, à l’aise avec les environnements CRM, CDP, data et intégration.
• Appétence forte pour les sujets commerciaux, l’avant-vente et les échanges avec les C-levels.
• Apport d’un réseau de Grands Comptes.
• Anglais courant.
