About the Role
As a (Senior) Manager (m/w/d) for Homes Connected, you will be responsible for overseeing our Homes Connected expansion across all partners, regions, and types of deployment (self-financed, subsidized, and densification). You will combine strategic thinking with operational execution to ensure our Homes Connected business goals are met. This role involves regular contact with external companies and reporting efficiently to the management level of GlasfaserPlus.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility and Steering: Oversee the entire Homes Connected production.
- Standardization: Ensure uniform control mechanisms for HC production.
- KPI and Performance Management: Develop a meaningful KPI and performance management system, including reporting, target/actual analysis, and management decision templates.
- Production Analysis: Analyze the overall HC production performance.
- Risk Identification: Identify and assess production risks.
- Strategic Measures: Implement and prioritize strategic measures.
- Interface Role: Serve as the central interface between rollout, partner management, operations, IT, procurement, finance, and formulate technical requirements for digital solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously develop the HC production to sustainably improve expansion speed and quality.
Requirements
- Education: Successfully completed degree, e.g., in industrial engineering, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience: Experience in infrastructure, telecommunications, or FTTH deployment, as well as in managing complex stakeholders.
- Professional Experience: Several years of experience in project, process, or transformation management, ideally in consulting or a strategic corporate function.
- Skills: Strong analytical and conceptual skills, experience in operational excellence, KPI management, and process optimization.
- Project Management: Proficiency in project management methods, business requirements, user stories, and ideally Confluence, Jira, and OKR frameworks.
- Personality: Self-reliant, structured, with high communication skills, moderation, and conflict resolution competencies, and a strong hands-on mentality.
