Job description

About the Position

Joining Collibra’s Professional Services team as a Senior Manager, you will play an integral role within Collibra, comprehensively aligned with Regional Sales counterparts, Account Teams, Customer Engineers, Partner Teams, and Services Delivery to drive services sales, delivery, and customer success.

You will lead services sales and delivery, managing cross-functional collaboration, ensuring aligned and value-based outcomes for Collibra customers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive PS sales and delivery responsibility: Own a quota for Professional Services bookings and support delivery execution, assisting customers with journey design, implementation decisions, and services solutions.
  • Personnel and team management: Lead and strategically manage a dedicated team of Architects and Engagement Managers, overseeing performance, career development, and utilization.
  • New logo and stand-alone services: Partner with Account Executives to craft compelling services proposals and identify stand-alone opportunities within existing accounts (advisory, implementation, enablement, and optimization).
  • Proposal and portfolio development: Collaborate with Delivery and Solution Architects to define standard service offerings, scope services, build Statements of Work (SOWs), and create value-based proposals.
  • Customer engagement and delivery quality: Act as a trusted advisor, articulating how services solve business challenges, improve Collibra adoption, and ensure value-based outcomes across all customer engagements.
  • Implementation Partner Network Development: Collaborate with regional Collibra Partner Accounts Team to identify, qualify, and establish viable in-region implementation partners to be leveraged for customer referral and services subcontracting purposes. Assist with onboarding these partners if not already part of our Preferred Partner program. Develop solutions that embed these partner resources into the proposed delivery model approach.
  • Pipeline and issue management: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, forecast accurately, and collaborate across functional teams (CE, Sales, Product, Support) to resolve escalations and meet targets.
  • Talent development and market insights: Develop team skills, onboard new members, and stay informed on SaaS industry trends and competitive offerings to refine sales and delivery strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree at minimum with 10+ years of relevant working experience in consulting, Professional Services sales, solution sales, and services delivery.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding quota and building/leading high-performing professional services teams.
  • Experience scoping, pricing, negotiating, and closing SOWs for complex enterprise organizations.
  • Domain expertise in AI transformation, data governance, data management, and data quality.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve real-world business challenges, drive measurable outcomes, or streamline workflows.
  • Strong executive presence and skill in navigating enterprise procurement and joint software/services sales engagements.
