About the Position

Join GlasfaserPlus GmbH as a (Senior) Manager Rollout Excellence & Strategy to develop and implement efficient FTTH rollout strategies.

Responsibilities

• Development and Implementation: Develop and implement a comprehensive rollout strategy, including governance, standards, playbooks, and OKRs.
• Process Optimization: Analyze, optimize, and standardize processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability in fiber optic deployment.
• KPI and Performance Management: Establish a robust KPI and performance management system, including reporting, variance analysis, and management decision templates.
• Best Practices: Identify, evaluate, and implement best practices across all regions.
• Resource and Quality Planning: Manage resource, quality, and capacity planning, and develop quality and escalation mechanisms.
• Transformation Projects: Design and oversee transformation projects, knowledge management, training, and cross-departmental workshops.
• Stakeholder Interface: Serve as the central liaison between rollout, IT, procurement, finance, HR, and partner management, and articulate technical requirements for digital solutions.
• Organizational Development: Continuously improve the rollout organization to enhance deployment speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Education: Successfully completed degree in Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience: Several years of experience in project, process, or transformation management, ideally in consulting or a strategic corporate function.
