Responsibilities

• Lead Japan’s customer trust efforts, including responding to customer security due-diligence questionnaires and, as needed, leading customer audits.
• Work with US-based GRC, Security, Legal, Product, and other SMEs to find answers to customer questions specific to the Japan market.
• Assess the need for new customer-facing content; drive the development of new content; and then scale it to account teams, customers, and partners, as appropriate.
• Work closely with both Box Japan’s leadership team and Box GRC’s leadership team to drive common understanding and joint business outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in an equivalent Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) role, with a strong understanding of security controls.
• BS degree in Business or Management Information Systems or related field OR equivalent work experience.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills in Japanese and English.
• Strong desire to learn more and to get stuff done.
