Position: Senior Manager - Trade Marketing
Location: Mississauga, Canada
Salary Range: $116,000 - $145,000
Responsibilities
- Lead 4P (PICoS) strategy and Local Success Model
- Manage trade spend and drive ROI optimization
- Translate brand plans into customer execution and in-store performance
- Support GTM strategy, financial modelling, and forecasting
- Canadian market experience (Walmart, Loblaws, Costco)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a commercial field + 5 years in Sales/Marketing
- Strong commercial acumen, P&L and analytical skills
- Experience with customer management and syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI)
- Influential, entrepreneurial, and results-driven mindset
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
