Your Impact

As a (Senior) Manager Transformation von Kernversicherungsprozessen und -lösungen (m/w/d) you will be responsible for complex transformation and modernization programs in the insurance environment – from strategic target definition through the implementation of modern core insurance solutions to successful go-live, and thus contribute significantly to the sustainable technological and technical development of our clients.

• Transformation: Overall responsibility for complex transformation programs in the insurance environment (P&C / Health) – from strategic target definition through technical and functional design to the implementation of modern core insurance solutions and successful go-live; additionally, conception and responsibility for technical target architectures in the core insurance environment.
• Control: Management of software providers, implementation partners, and other stakeholders as well as leadership of interdisciplinary, international Deloitte teams for the implementation of demanding digitalization and modernization projects.
• Excellence: Ensuring technical, methodological, and qualitative excellence of all implementation artifacts (e.g., technical and IT concepts, target architectures, roadmaps, business cases, operating models) as well as targeted use of modern digital technologies and AI-supported tools.
• Stakeholder Management: Active management of customers and stakeholders at senior and top management level, including decision preparation, management of dependencies, risk and escalation management, and sparring partner for design, prioritization, and solution decisions.
• Portfolio: Development and strategic positioning of the consulting portfolio in the area of Core Solutions & Insurance Transformation, including thought leadership, co-creation of methods and assets, as well as active contribution to presales, offer development, and client acquisition.

Your Skillset

• Education: Degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable degree program and at least 5–7 years of relevant professional and project experience in complex transformation, introduction, or implementation programs of core insurance systems, ideally in a leading project or program role in the consulting environment.
• In-depth Expertise: In common core insurance solutions such as Guidewire, Faktor10, adesso insurance solutions, msg.Insurance Suite, SAP FS, or comparable platforms, as well as a solid understanding of modern technical and functional target architectures.
• Profound Understanding: Of end-to-end insurance processes, complex system landscapes, and regulatory frameworks (P&C / Health) as well as proven experience in managing demanding stakeholders and decision-making bodies at senior and management level.
• High Affinity: For digital technologies as well as strategic and pragmatic experience in the use of AI-supported and generative AI tools for the analysis, decision support, automation, and further development of insurance and transformation processes.
• Excellent Analytical and Conceptual Skills: Entrepreneurial thinking as well as proven experience in leading, coaching, and developing high-performance teams; convincing appearance, high communication skills, as well as willingness to travel and proficient German and English language skills.
