About the Position
Senior Manual QA (with API)
Tech Level: Senior Lead
Format of cooperation: Remote Full-time
Location: Ukraine, Poland, Cyprus

You will join a long-term project in the Healthcare domain focused on building and maintaining a SaaS platform that helps streamline day-to-day operations for medical service providers. The product supports end-to-end workflows such as appointment processing, invoicing, documentation assistance, and delivery coordination-aiming to improve accuracy, reduce manual effort, and increase operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive test cases to ensure thorough coverage of product functionality.
- Analyzing and working with requirements documentation throughout the testing process to validate compliance and quality.
- Performing rigorous manual testing of web and mobile applications across multiple modules to identify, report, and help resolve issues.
- Collaborating closely with the team by actively participating in regular sync-ups, planning sessions, and other team meetings to stay aligned with ongoing development.
Requirements
- 4+ years of commercial experience in manual testing of web applications.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in API testing.
- Strong knowledge of QA principles, concepts, and testing techniques.
- Proven experience creating and maintaining test documentation (e.g., test plans, test cases, and STD).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills with a quality-first mindset.
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
- Attentive to detail, proactive, fast-learning, and able to dive deep into complex products with ownership of deliverables.
- Bonus: experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter.
