About the Position
(Senior) Marketing Manager Affiliate (m/w/d)
As a (Senior) Marketing Manager Affiliate (m/w/d), you will actively drive the development of our affiliate and commerce business for the BILD Group. Together with the editorial, product, and data teams, you will develop solutions to maximize reach.

Responsibilities
- Work on the strategic and operational development of our affiliate and partner business for BILD.de, COMPUTER BILD, AUTO BILD, B.Z. Berlin, and other content verticals.
- Manage and optimize the collaboration with affiliate partners and networks (e.g., Awin, CJ, Impact), including tracking setups, attribution, and performance monitoring.
- Develop performance-oriented buying advisor content and commercial content integrations with editorial, product, and data teams.
- Analyze performance data along defined KPIs (e.g., revenue, conversion rate, EPC), identify growth levers, and derive data-based recommendations for action.
- Identify new monetization potentials in the commerce environment and test innovative approaches to increase sales.
- Monitor market, competition, and platform trends in the affiliate and e-commerce environment and translate these into concrete strategic measures to further develop decisions data-driven.
Requirements
- Completed studies in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Economics, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in affiliate, performance marketing, or partner management, ideally in the publisher, media, or e-commerce environment.
- Solid knowledge in the management and optimization of paid marketing channels (especially SEA) and understanding of their interplay with affiliate and commerce models.
- Successfully managed large key accounts (e.g., Amazon, eBay, MediaMarkt, or comparable partners) and convince with a sovereign demeanor in negotiations at eye level.
- Confident in handling tracking setups (e.g., postback tracking, attribution, cookie logics) and use your strong analytical skills to evaluate data structured and derive clear recommendations for action.
- Proficient in Excel and common analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, etc.) and work in a structured, independent, and team-oriented manner in cross-functional setups.
