About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with 14 years of experience in online and performance marketing to join our team in Nordrhein-Westfalen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns
• Conduct performance analysis and data-driven optimization
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
• Develop content marketing and SEO strategies

Requirements

• 14+ years of experience in marketing
• Expertise in Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Email Marketing
• Strong skills in Performance Management and Search Engine Optimization
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and HubSpot

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms
• Knowledge of additional tools like Salesforce, PowerBI, and Adobe Analytics
