Responsibilities

  • Draw upon functional HTML/CSS abilities to correct rendering glitches, tidy up textual layout, and sustain dependable display standards across a broad spectrum of email platforms and hardware types.
  • Adapt Figma design concepts into faithfully rendered email content that performs reliably across diverse client software.
  • Design and sustain landing pages, intake forms, and modular template pieces within Marketo that help shrink production timelines for later initiatives.
  • Assemble and administer automated communication flows and audience clusters through Marketo to support a wide variety of campaign purposes.

  • Manage the assembly of campaign elements such as personalization variables, dynamic content sections, and overall program design, in line with Marketo's established naming and organizational guidelines.
  • Help uphold clean database records, oversee contact data, and coordinate the logic behind lead qualification and distribution alongside the operations team.
  • Keep tabs on how well emails get delivered, how consistently they display, and how accurately links get tracked, all while reviewing regular data points such as open rates, click engagement, opt-out figures, and bounce percentages.
  • Carry out thorough inspections on every email dispatch to make certain visuals render correctly, all hyperlinks function, and personalization content populates accurately.
  • Organize and run head-to-head testing initiatives that examine variables including subject line construction, sender name choices, design differences, and ideal send timing.
  • Develop precisely targeted contact groupings using Marketo's audience segmentation functions and customized filter conditions, all while maintaining GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM adherence and data accuracy.
  • Confirm that tracking links and UTM tagging are consistently and correctly applied throughout every piece of marketing collateral.
  • Work in tandem with marketing, design, content, and campaign colleagues to capture project needs and shepherd materials through feedback rounds and sign-off stages.
  • Take charge of coordinating deadlines and scheduling for ongoing email and campaign initiatives within a demanding, always-active marketing setting.
  • Maintain thorough records covering development approaches, coding norms, and template resources to build broader team expertise and enable quicker turnaround.
  • Bring forward suggestions based on newly released Marketo functionality and shifting industry norms to continually strengthen campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • A minimum of three years of direct, practical experience building and running campaigns through Adobe Marketo Engage, with Marketo Certified Professional or Associate credentials seen as advantageous, or comparable expertise using platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Dependable grasp of HTML/CSS, with particular emphasis on the quirks different email clients introduce during rendering.
  • Practical background applying email testing tools like Litmus or Email on Acid.
  • Wide-ranging familiarity with deliverability fundamentals, sender reputation practices, and adherence to regulations such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL.
  • Solid capability in designing and making sense of A/B testing structures.
  • Demonstrated skill in turning fixed design drafts into working, brand-aligned email formats.
  • Meticulous, detail-driven work style backed by steady quality assurance routines.
