As our business continues its growth trajectory, we're looking for someone who brings together technical expertise and practical creative marketing know-how to help execute successful campaigns for a company that thrives on speed and adaptability.

Responsibilities

  • Build and improve adaptable, cross-device email designs and landing page templates using the modular framework within Marketo
  • Tap into hands-on HTML/CSS expertise to fix rendering problems, clean up text formatting, and ensure consistent visual output across a wide variety of email systems and screen sizes
  • Convert Figma mockups into accurately displayed email content that works seamlessly across different client software
  • Create and manage landing pages, form templates, and modular building blocks inside Marketo that reduce turnaround time on future work
  • Set up and run automated nurture pathways and audience segments in Marketo to serve numerous campaign objectives
  • Deploy a variety of campaign structures, from standalone email sends to sequential drip messaging and promotional content for webinars and events
  • Oversee the construction of campaign components like merge tags, dynamic content areas, and program layout, following Marketo's recommended conventions for naming and file organization
  • Play a role in keeping databases accurate, managing contact records, and aligning lead scoring and routing logic with the operations team
  • Track email delivery outcomes, display consistency, and link tracking precision, while regularly reviewing metrics like open rates, click engagement, unsubscribe activity, and bounce numbers
  • Run detailed quality checks on every email before it goes out to confirm proper visual rendering, working links, and accurate personalization data
  • Set up and manage comparative testing programs looking at factors such as subject line approaches, sender name selection, layout variations, and optimal send timing
  • Construct highly specific audience lists by using Marketo's segmentation tools and tailored filtering rules, all while staying compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM and keeping data clean
  • Make sure UTM tracking codes and links are properly set up across all marketing content
  • Team up with marketing, design, content, and campaign staff to understand project requirements and guide materials through review and approval cycles
  • Own the scheduling and deadline management process for email and campaign work within a fast-paced, always-running marketing operation
  • Keep detailed records of build methods, coding standards, and template libraries to help the team learn faster and improve efficiency
  • Recommend new approaches based on emerging Marketo features and industry trends to keep improving campaign performance

Requirements

  • At least three years of concrete experience building and managing campaigns in Adobe Marketo Engage, where holding a Marketo Certified Professional or Associate certification is viewed positively, or similar experience using tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Solid working understanding of HTML/CSS, especially as it relates to rendering inconsistencies across different email clients
  • Real-world experience using email testing tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid
  • Thorough knowledge of what impacts deliverability, how sender reputation is maintained, and compliance obligations under CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL
  • Strong ability to design and interpret A/B testing setups
  • Proven track record of turning static design files into working, on-brand email templates
  • Precise, quality-focused approach supported by consistent QA processes
  • Comfortable handling several email builds at the same time while working against tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment
  • Good command of English at an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or above
