Senior Microsoft Cloud Engineer

About the Position

Kyivstar.Tech is seeking a Senior Microsoft Cloud Engineer to support and develop the corporate Microsoft ecosystem, automate processes, and solve complex infrastructure tasks.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Manage users, groups, licenses, roles, and accesses.
• Support Microsoft Intune (policies, profiles, application protection, software deployment, device registration).
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Conditional Access, MFA, Enterprise Applications, RBAC).
• Support Azure infrastructure and compute resources (Virtual Machines, Networking, Backup, Monitor, Log Analytics), perform monitoring, troubleshooting, and resource planning.
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell.
• Analyze incidents, work with audit logs, and interact with Microsoft Support.
• Document solutions and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in administering Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Azure in a corporate environment.
• Practical skills in working with Azure Virtual Machines, networks, backup, and monitoring.
• Confident use of PowerShell for automation and reporting.
• Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
• English language proficiency at B1+/B2 level or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Defender, Hybrid Exchange, Active Directory, Entra Connect, ADFS, PKI, Azure DevOps, or Terraform.
• Experience in supporting large corporate environments of Microsoft 365.
