Senior ML&DL Software Engineer

About the Position

Join rinf.tech as a Senior ML&DL Software Engineer to design and implement machine learning models, analyze datasets, and deploy production-grade ML models.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address complex business problems.
• Analyze large datasets and identify relevant features for model training.
• Develop and deploy production-grade ML models that meet performance and scalability requirements.
• Apply deep learning techniques to enhance search and recommendation engines.
• Fine-tune neural networks for optimal performance.
• Implement NLP models for natural language understanding and processing.
• Manage the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.
• Write production-quality code for ML models as services and APIs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ML tooling and communities to ensure best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (including technical presales, data scientists, software engineers, and product managers) to understand business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.
• Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields (qualifications can be overwritten by the relevant experience).
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in machine learning and deep learning.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering ML projects.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, RDBMS).
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Knowledge of cloud-based components for ML deployment.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex problems.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies on-the-job.
