About the Position

Amusnet, a leading provider of best-performing products and innovative solutions in gaming, is seeking a Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will create captivating animations for game release campaigns and marketing materials, contributing to our global presence across 2,000+ websites in 35+ markets.

Responsibilities

Create motion graphics for game release campaigns
Mentor and support junior motion designers
Contribute to creative reviews and uphold quality standards
Take ownership of visual consistency and elevate the team's creative level
Develop marketing videos, trailers, teasers, and social media animations
Produce animated assets and game compilations for expos and events
Work with product teams to transform game elements into marketing-ready animations
Create dynamic transitions, effects, and motion design visuals
Explore and adopt AI tools where relevant
Prepare and optimize video and graphic content for digital and event use
Maintain brand consistency across all motion materials

Requirements

Strong experience with Adobe After Effects
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
Solid understanding of animation principles and motion design
Strong sense of composition, colour, timing, and visual storytelling
Experience mentoring or leading creative team members is a strong advantage
Ability to give structured creative feedback and communicate design decisions clearly

Nice to Have

Experience with Spine 2D
Experience with AI creative tools (Kling AI, ComfyUI, Leonardo, etc.)
Familiarity with 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, etc.)
Previous experience in the iGaming industry, marketing, or advertising
