About the Position
We are looking for a Senior MuleSoft Developer (Software Maintenance Engineer) to own 3rd line support and keep MuleSoft systems stable and reliable. You will troubleshoot P1 incidents while on-call when needed, and when the queue is clear, you will help the team with development work and improvements-apply now.
Responsibilities
- Provide 3rd line support and troubleshoot software issues using MuleSoft
- Maintain and enhance existing software applications
- Participate in customer interviews to gather requirements
- Join project interviews to discuss solutions and deliverables
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement system enhancements
- Ensure code quality and perform necessary testing and debugging
- Document technical specifications and keep related documentation up to date
- Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft and industry trends
- Support development activities when required
Requirements
- Hands-on knowledge of MuleSoft and the Anypoint Platform
- Excellent English proficiency (B2, Upper-Intermediate)
- Relevant experience in a comparable 3rd line support position
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively
- Solid background in maintaining and enhancing software applications
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work remotely with a high level of independence
