About the Position
We are looking for a Senior MuleSoft Developer (Software Maintenance Engineer) to provide 3rd line support and keep MuleSoft solutions stable and reliable. You will troubleshoot P1 incidents on-call when needed and, when there are no open support tasks, help the team with development work and improvements. Responsibilities
- Deliver 3rd line support and diagnose software issues using MuleSoft
- Maintain and improve existing software applications
- Participate in customer interviews to collect requirements
- Join project interviews to align on solutions and deliverables
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement system enhancements
- Ensure code quality and execute required testing and debugging
- Create technical specifications and keep related documentation up to date
- Stay current with MuleSoft updates and broader industry trends
- Assist with development activities when support workload allows
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of MuleSoft and the Anypoint Platform
- Excellent English proficiency (B2, Upper-Intermediate)
- Proven track record in a comparable 3rd line support position
- Hands-on ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively
- Solid background in maintaining and improving software applications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills with distributed teams
- Flexibility to work remotely with a high level of independence
