About the Position
Senior Murex Integration Specialist
We are seeking a Senior Murex Integration Specialist to join our team in Remote Canada. This role focuses on Murex MxML development and integration, providing end-to-end project services for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Integration Development: Build new up/down stream integrations and convert existing integration points with Murex version changes.
- Technology Proficiency: Must know technologies such as MxMLExchange, RTBS/MDCS, Datamart, and more.
- Scripting and Testing: Develop MxML workflows, perform XSL transformations, and scripting using bsh, ksh, etc.
- Support and Collaboration: Assist existing support groups, liaise with technical teams, and contribute to project deliverables.
- Client Interaction: Provide professional services to Murex clients, including system integration, business intelligence, and data flows.
- Documentation: Contribute to functional and design documentation for test cases, use cases, and build processes.
Requirements
Must Have:
- 4+ years experience with Murex Datamart and workflows.
- Must know any 2 of the following technologies: MxMLExchange, RTBS/MDCS, Datamart, C2.0 Product interfaces.
- SQL; XML; MxML; UNIX; Scripting languages.
- Hands-on experience with Murex MxML Exchange development.
- Knowledge of pre-trade framework along with MSL scripting language.
- Strong knowledge of SQL/RDBMS technology.
- Familiarity with UNIX/Linux operating systems.
- Strong personality, logical and analytical skills.
- Be detail-oriented, a quick learner, and self-starter.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization skills.
- Previous experience in Murex Integration (MxML/WF).
- Strong DataMart Murex knowledge.
- Rigorous attention to detail.
