We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Node.js Developer with strong expertise in TypeScript, REST APIs, Microservices, and AWS Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable, cloud-native applications using serverless AWS solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of software engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, source control management, and system integrations.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.
- Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS Cloud.
- Implement and support serverless architectures using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, and EventBridge.
- Design and implement secure, resilient, and high-performance integration solutions across enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Follow software development best practices, code reviews, and Git-based version control workflows.
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and ensure system reliability.
- Contribute to technical documentation, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
- Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services.
- Experience implementing Serverless AWS Solutions.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
- Proficiency with Git and modern source control workflows.
- Experience with system-to-system integrations and API integrations.
- Understanding of application security, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) / Gigya.
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
- Experience with identity and access management solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
