About the Position

Senior OCR Shift Manager

The Senior OCR Shift Manager ensures smooth and compliant live casino operations by supervising studio activities, coordinating teams, and maintaining high game and service standards while acting as a key point of contact between staff, operators, and players.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and verify the operational activities as per the Activity Organisation Matrix.
• Maintain the relationship with internal and external clients (staff, operators, players).
• Coordinate the staff under his/her supervision.
• Respect and maintain the game standards imposed by the company.
• Collaborate and cooperate.
• Ensure the functionality of the studios.
• Perform other operational activities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (Shift Management, Floor Management, Operations) in the Live Casino Industry.
• Excellent knowledge of the Live Casino Industry.
• Technical background is a plus (Computer engineering, IT, software, etc.).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in PC skills.
• Advanced English speaking.
• Ability to work under pressure.
