About the Position
Moerie – Award-winning professional haircare line for growth and nourishment stimulation.
We are looking for a Senior Online Reputation Specialist. If controlling the narrative across Google, AI search tools, Reddit, and beyond excites you, this opportunity might be just for you.
Responsibilities
- Audit and influence how AI-powered tools like Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Gemini characterize the brand
- Dive into Reddit threads, review platforms, and online communities to shape conversations and tackle misinformation head-on
- Build and grow a portfolio of high-authority digital assets, profiles, and content properties that strengthen brand credibility
- Lead digital PR campaigns, guest posting initiatives, and thought leadership placements that put the brand in the right rooms
- Evaluate and implement monitoring and automation tools that make reputation management smarter and more measurable
- Take ownership of tasks and initiatives
Requirements
- Own the brand’s online reputation end-to-end from search presence to community sentiment
- Develop content strategies that supply authoritative sources for search and AI engines while improving organic rankings
- Spot reputation risks early, move fast, and know when to escalate
- Partner with product and customer-facing teams to surface success stories and feed sentiment insights back into real business decisions
- Have a curious and growth-oriented mindset towards constant learning
- Be fluent in English
Salary
Gross salary range is 2,900 – 4,000 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, other city team members usually come to the Vilnius office 2–3 times per week.
