We are building a modern container platform on which hundreds of development teams run applications daily. As a Senior OpenShift Containerplatform Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, automating, and developing our enterprise OpenShift environment.

Responsibilities

As a Senior OpenShift Containerplatform Engineer, you will work on a high-availability container platform based on Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes. Your tasks will include:

• Designing and improving enterprise OpenShift platforms
• Automating provisioning, deployments, and lifecycle management
• Setting up GitOps workflows with ArgoCD and Tekton
• Managing CI/CD pipelines and platform integrations
• Hardening and securing container environments
• Optimizing performance, monitoring, and logging
• Supporting development teams in cloud-native adoption
• Thinking along with platform architecture and standards
• Troubleshooting complex platform and network issues

You will work closely with platform engineers, DevOps teams, security specialists, and architects.

Requirements

You are a senior engineer who takes ownership and can provide technical direction.

You have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift
• Strong Linux knowledge
• Experience with:
  • OpenShift 4.x
  • Docker/Containers
  • ArgoCD
  • Tekton
  • Helm
  • GitOps
  • CI/CD automation
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code
• Knowledge of networking, security, and observability
• Experience with scripting or development in:
  • Bash
  • Python
  • Go
• Experience in enterprise or mission-critical environments

Nice to Have:

• RHCSA / RHCE / OpenShift certification
• Experience with cloud platforms
• Knowledge of Ansible or Terraform
• Experience with service mesh or platform security
