About the Position
We are seeking a Senior OpenText ECM Consultant with extensive experience in OpenText Content Server and ECM solutions to join our team in Europe, Ukraine.
Work type: Office/Remote
Technical Level: Senior

Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and design workshops
- Recommend best-practice OTCM design
- Identify risks early
- Define solution options and consequences
- Produce implementation-ready requirements
- Support or lead configuration
- Guide junior consultants
- Communicate confidently with customer stakeholders
Requirements
- OpenText Content Server / Extended ECM experience
- Configuration of workspaces, folders, categories, attributes, and metadata
- Permissions and role-based access model
- Document lifecycle, versioning, and audit trail
- Search configuration and findability principles
- Workflow design and configuration
- Migration preparation: mapping, cleansing, validation, and test migration
- Integration understanding with ERP, SharePoint, Office 365, email, and file shares
- Understanding of records management, retention, and compliance requirements
- Ability to translate business requirements into Content Server configuration
Nice to Have
- OpenText Extended ECM for SAP or other ERP systems
- OpenText Archive Center / Records Management
- OpenText Directory Services / OTDS and SSO
- OpenText WebReports
- OpenText REST API / integrations
- OpenText AppWorks or workflow automation
- Experience with Azure / Microsoft 365 environments
- Experience with information security standards and access governance
- Experience from industrial, mining, manufacturing, or engineering environments
