Senior Operations Analyst

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to join our team. This role involves managing large databases, coordinating staff, and implementing new ideas. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans, supervises, and controls operational activities: Supports the process through management indicators, identifies and corrects operating problems and deviations from production plans, and proposes improvement actions.
• Preparation of work plans and supervision.
• Ensure the quality (E2E) of daily scheduled activities.
• Implementation of automations.
• Implementation of improvements and processes.
• Evaluate and act on production reports.
• Perform root cause analysis and propose corrective and preventive actions.
• Team management.
• Provide support and information to the coordinator regarding the management of technical or human resources.
• Supervise the execution of processes.
• Train the rest of the analysts.
• Follow the management model defined by the operation.
• Can independently operate assigned operational procedures.
• Acts as backup for the Coordinator.
• Participate in and support the execution of new projects.

Requirements

• Complete bachelor's degree in economic, administrative, and computer science careers.
• Intermediate English.
• 2+ years of experience in Database Analyst activities.
• Advanced Excel handling (pivot tables, filters, formulas, shortcuts, macros).
• R, Python, SQL, Power BI.
• Knowledge of AI (desirable).
