About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Partner Account Manager to join our team at Creatio, one of the fastest-growing enterprise SaaS companies headquartered in Boston. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with GSI (Global System Integrator) partners and strategic accounts across the Americas region. Your goal will be to drive growth, ensure partner health, retention, and overall satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Build strong, trusted relationships with GSI partners to facilitate their growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners' day-to-day needs
- Use strategic thinking and relationship management to identify upsell opportunities and drive growth from existing partners
- Manage the renewal process for annual partner agreements
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners, both onsite and remotely
- Deliver satisfied partner relationships that result in references, case studies, and renewals
- Regularly check in with partners to determine how to maximize client satisfaction
- Lead the qualification process for new partner leads
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive the fastest progress
- Identify and acquire new target partners, overseeing their onboarding
Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a software/SaaS B2B environment, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
- Extensive experience managing GSI partner accounts, such as Deloitte, TCS, and Infosys
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with partners
- Extensive personal network within the region
- Driven, highly motivated, and passionate about sales
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Understanding of CRM and BPM applications, with experience in executing business solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Successful multitasker with the ability to act autonomously
- Ability to identify and focus on the highest-revenue potential partners
- Understanding of key industry trends and dynamics
- Skilled at building and maintaining lasting relationships with partners
- Strategic thinker with a high level of integrity and work ethic
