Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, empathetic, and business-oriented Senior People Partner to join our HR team in Warsaw. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, partnering closely with Delivery and Operations leaders to drive people initiatives, support business growth, and foster a high-performing and engaging work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Development: Drive talent management, employee development, and engagement initiatives that support local business needs while aligning with global people priorities.
  • Leadership & Employee Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on performance, career growth, team effectiveness, employee relations, and organizational change.
  • HR Process Ownership: Lead key people processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and engagement initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment with company standards.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with Delivery and Operations leaders to identify people-related challenges and opportunities and translate business needs into effective HR solutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with global Centers of Excellence (Talent Management, Employee Experience, Operations) to design and implement impactful people programs and initiatives.
  • Data-driven Decision Making: Leverage people analytics and workforce insights to support decision-making, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement across teams and functions.

Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in HR, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or similar role within a fast-paced technology environment.
  • HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle, talent management, performance management, coaching, career development, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies and solutions.
  • Strategic Influence: Proven ability to drive initiatives, challenge constructively, and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
  • Resilience & Agility: Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
  • Communication & Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with a passion for building trust-based relationships.
  • Languages: Advanced English proficiency is required.
